Today I was looking for one of the journals printed in the Friends Library. Since I am unaware of a quick index of all the journals printed in the 14 volumes, I produced the following quick list with the author and the volume number:

There is an index at the end of Volume 14, but is isn't in alphabetical order like your list here.
And this is why I'm very sad that I have no access to volumes 13 and 14 where I live! There's good stuff in 'em!

One interesting thing about the Friends Library is that it was distributed in signatures, and at the end of each year, each subscriber had to bind the book. This is the reason that each set has its own binding. Chesterfield Monthly Meeting in Ohio has some unbound signatures.
The Gurney yearly meetings stopped taking the Friends Library as the series continued, which is the reason that volumes 13 and 14 are hard to find in many places.
They are all online via Google books, of course. I made a list of them, and also included links for the ones you can order printed versions of from lulu.com. They printed ones are okay, but the pages are off by one (even pages on the right instead of odd).
